Doris’ work experience encompasses the metals industry, manufacturing, retail and banking. She has the ability to adapt to various work situations and find appropriate training methods for the best learning solution.

Certified as a Microsoft Office Master Instructor, Doris has trained over 4,000 people in various desktop applications. She has written training programs for large firm proprietary software training and served as training advisor on a customer relationship management system rollout team. Doris is known for her attention to detail and her excellent training classes.
